Job Description

Leadership and Communication

• Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Project Management to ensure effective delivery of overall portfolio needs through coordination of assignments across BA team to optimize skill and capabilities fit
• Advocate the value of Business Analysis to Business and Technology stakeholders, and build a shared understanding of the BA role in the organization
• Facilitate conflict resolution by clarifying BA role and responsibilities on projects and programs
• Provide guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build the capabilities of BA team
• Continually enhance skills and build knowledge in all aspects of the organization and within the business analysis domain

Business Analysis Planning: RBC careers

• Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups
• Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
• Manage risks,  assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
• Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities
