As an intern in our Global Supply Chain department, you’ll gain insight and exposure to everything from Contract Management and Logistics to Data Analytics and Procurement. During this 10-12 week summer internship, you’ll utilize your knowledge to develop, analyze and execute strategies that improve AT&T’s supply chain from end to end, while establishing the connections you need as you begin to be successful in your career. In this unique and multi-faceted internship, cross-functional collaboration and teamwork will be essential to succeed.

We offer several specialized Global Supply Chain internships. You will be able to select one or more opportunities for consideration and be placed into a work group that aligns with your skills, interests, background, education and talents.

Sourcing Internship – Undergraduate, Graduate & Juris Doctorate

• Negotiate large strategic deals and manage end-to-end sourcing process for AT&T products and services
• Exercise competitive bidding through contract execution and draft/negotiate contractual terms and conditions
• Manage the Request For Proposal (RFP) process and develop strategy with clients and various stakeholders

Planning & Logistics Internship – Undergraduate & Graduate

• Manage vendor performance and ensure that quality, delivery, and logistics objectives are achieved
• Provide approaches and solutions for a diverse range of complex problems using data analysis
• Execute change and overcome ambiguity by making decisions with limited or uncertain data sets

Technology Enablement & Automation Internship – Undergraduate & Graduate

• Build analytical, financial, and statistical models to evaluate complex data
• Apply software development experience with an understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering concepts
• Exercise engineering hardware and/or firmware skill sets

Strategy & Consulting Internship – Undergraduate & Graduate

• Craft actionable recommendations for AT&T’s senior leadership and deliver best-in-class market intelligence
• Lead strategy & consulting projects involving industry trends and impacts of emerging technologies
• Deconstruct complex problems and apply analytics to develop data-driven solutions and financial/operational models

Supplier Sustainability Internship – Graduate

• Analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues to advance our overall Citizenship and Sustainability initiatives
• Craft sustainable purchasing processes for the purpose of strategically reducing the social, environmental, and economic impact and risks present in supply chain
• Manage external business-partner relationships that have different and varying goals

What does it take to join our team?

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate, graduate or Juris Doctorate degree program and graduating from December 2024 through spring 2025
• Academic Concentrations in: Applied Mathematics, Applied Science, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Policy/Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability or other relevant degree
• Willingness to live in the Dallas, TX metro area for this job opportunity
• Long-term desire for full-time employment in our Global Supply Chain department located in Dallas, TX

Our Supply Chain Undergraduate Internships earn $60,000 yearly.

Our Supply Chain Graduate Internships earn $80,000 yearly.
