Eligibility Criteria:
– Language Skills: Fluent in Balochi (required), with preference given to candidates who are fluent in both Balochi and Urdu.

– Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

– Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:
 

We are seeking for a dedicated and customer-focused customer care officer fluent in both Balochi and Urdu to join our dynamic team. As a Customer care officer, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. This role requires individuals who can work effectively in a team environment and are flexible to work in rotational shifts.

– Handle inbound customer calls related to our regional language flux of Balochi and provide high-quality service by addressing requests, complaints, and inquiries.
– Resolve customer issues in a courteous and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations and meet performance goals.
– Provide information and assistance regarding UBL services, products, and processes.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
