– Handle inbound customer calls related to our regional language flux of Balochi and provide high-quality service by addressing requests, complaints, and inquiries.
– Resolve customer issues in a courteous and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations and meet performance goals.
– Provide information and assistance regarding UBL services, products, and processes.
