Job Description
Eligibility
Education:
- ACCA or MBA (Banking & Finance)Â from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required
- Proficient in accounting and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Engage with various departments including Retail Banking to gather financial data, ensure appropriate reporting, and provide financial guidance as needed.
- Prepare, maintain and analyze MIS/budgeting reports that provide insights to support decision making.
- Analyze and track costs related to products, operations, and various projects.
- Provide cost breakdowns and recommendations for cost optimization.
- Evaluate profitability and support management in identifying areas for cost control.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and resource optimization.
