Established in 2007, Hatua provides comprehensive support through scholarships for secondary and tertiary education, mentoring programs focused on life and career skills, and access to professional networks.

Their mission is to prepare these young individuals to thrive in Kenya’s modern economy, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities regardless of their background. By 2023, Hatua was supporting 880 youth, including 333 secondary school students, 252 in higher education, and 190 alumni who have successfully transitioned into professional careers.
