We are looking for a Data Analyst with a degree in data science. . You will be managing, monitoring, and analyzing s for a contact center and completing day-to-day data and dialler changes and reporting

A data analyst tor will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hone data requirements.

You will work alongside an established team that is very proactive in skills transference and sharing knowledge.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Data analyst are to ensure we are optimizing our data and reaching our full potential with the utilization of data.

Responsibilities

• Work within current guidelines
• Develop and improve personal data analytic skills
• Work with confidence with data changes and amendments based on rational reasoning
• Prepare daily reports
• Work within guidelines of data legislation and best practice.
