Description

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by  identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the events industry. This role requires a strong understanding of event management, conference management, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the events industry and demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, and sales expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within the events or conferencing industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth in events and conferencing.
  • Deep knowledge of event management, conferencing logistics, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
