In the Vanguard Summer Internship Programs, you’ll collaborate alongside a team of premier professionals at Vanguard to help strengthen the company’s future. Take a deep dive into an internship role at a company that’s changing the way people invest—and make it count.
In this internship program, you will:
- Get to know Vanguard as a place to work and learn what possibilities you might have from a career perspective.
- Lead an assignment within a variety of functions that will enhance your knowledge of one or more of the following: how Vanguard works as an investment management firm, strategic thinking, project management, leadership, gaining technical skills in spaces like investments, finance, financial planning, data & analytics, and information technology.
- Meet regularly with your program manager, internship program manager, and others to receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
- Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing network of dedicated professionals working to do what’s right for the investor.
- Deliver strategic insights and uncover new opportunities that directly affect the business and, by extension, clients.
